What internet connection do we need?
A stable 15 Mbps per FullHD stream. We recommend a wired connection and a speed check the day before, not an hour before the gala.
What can we play the stream on?
Smart TV, laptop with HDMI, Chromecast or AirPlay. One code, one concurrent session per venue, unlimited screens via a splitter.
How does invoicing work?
We will email you an invoice with your company and VAT ID. Payment is made online through a secure payment gateway.
Can we screen the gala publicly?
Yes, that is exactly what the group licence is for. You may not charge separate admission or forward or restream the broadcast.
